We’re sorry you didn’t love your new product! We want you to love your experience with our products as much as possible. Our policy is that we are happy to accept returns on only unopened products within 14 days of receipt. However, for all returns, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products.

We most certainly do! Free standard shipping is applied to all domestic orders (within US) for all orders $100+.

Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

All orders from our store are shipped out of the US via United States Postal Service. Orders with standard shipping usually take 4-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination.

All of our toys are available to ship to all countries outside of the US. Orders with international shipping usually take 14 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination. Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping and there is no free shipping available for international orders.
